GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by AVO Communications Ltd. in relation to the prepaid eSIM reselling services. These are accessible on our website, avo-simfree.com.

    AVO Communications Ltd. may consider different clauses only if they are agreed upon in writing.

  2. Description of Services

    2.1. eSIM Reselling

    AVO Communications Ltd. specializes in reselling prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs via avo-simfree.com and our dedicated mobile application. Transactions are securely handled by Stripe (stripe.com) using a virtual Credit Card Imprint.

    2.2. Registration for Using AVO Services

    To use our services, customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions. Registration requires the following details: First Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), and Email address, submitted on our website, avo-simfree.com.

    2.3. AVO Communications Ltd. Commitments

    We strive to provide high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, safe, or error-free service.

    2.4. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers must not use the services in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent manner, nor in a way that could impair or damage the network. Violation of these terms may result in suspension of services, with ongoing charge responsibilities for the customer.

    2.5. Device Compatibility

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin. By confirming eSIM compatibility at checkout, customers accept responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

  3. Start, Duration, and Termination of the Contract

    The service contract begins upon completion of an order on our website or app. Activation and acknowledgment of our Activation Policy are the customer’s responsibility. The contract terminates if the customer has no active data package or deletes the eSIM.

  4. Charges and Payment

    4.1. Payment Conditions

    We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay. The primary transaction currency is Euro (€).

    Transactions are securely processed by Stripe (stripe.com).

    4.2. Charges for Use

    All charges are inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise. Customers are not entitled to offset their claims against AVO Communications Ltd.’s claims unless they are undisputed or confirmed by final court judgment.

  5. Delivery

    Purchased eSIMs are immediately visible under “My eSIMs” on our website or app. Installation instructions are available in the user’s account.

  6. Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy

    Customers have the right to request refunds or replacements for eSIMs not installable or usable due to technical issues from our end.

    • Refunds and Cancellation: Extensive guidelines apply, including time limits for requests, conditions for eligibility, and procedures for disputed charges.
    • Replacements: eSIMs can be replaced under certain conditions within a specified period.
    • Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at esim@avo-simfree.com. Our detailed refund policy applies to all requests.
